What a year, I can't believe it's over.
After being demoralized by the end of 2023,
2024 turned out to be the year of new beginnings.
Sports Highlights:
BMX
- Improved bike handling
- Build my own BMX (with some help from Bikes and Records)
- Training on the pump-track with the BMX
- Jumping 1m tall stairs
Bike Touring
- Delft -> Utrecht -> Delft by bicycle
- Delft -> Amsterdam -> Delft by bicycle
- Delft -> Antwerp by bicycle (2x)
- 160km in one day
Skateboarding
- Picking up Skateboarding
- Caveman trick
- Better board control
Development/SysOps Highlights:
Github
- Contributed to Fox-IT's Dissect
- Finished tarfold/utarfold
etc.
- Picking up Playdate development again (Lua)
- Integrated multiple scripts for easy backup
- Using tmux daily
Craftsmanship Highlights:
- Cold smithing a textured steel bracelet
- Smithing a coal hook
- Smithing a twisted poker with a round loop
